A day in the life of Desy Gato

Adult creators often work long hours and may not have set schedules, you need to be available to your fans and followers. It’s crucial to balance creating new content, with administrative tasks, such as managing your own website or negotiating contracts with production companies. Depending on your specific niche and type of content you create, your day might vary widely.   Here we’d like to share ‘A typical day in the life of Desy Gato”   My mornings  are; waking up at 6am, making coffee and breakfast, journaling. Then I begin to work! I check emails, check my socials for new messages or notifications and engage with followers. Plan and brainstorm new content ideas. Film or record content if I need to, and check things off my to do list.

My afternoons; I go to the gym and enjoy the work-out. It’s the part of my day where I get to work on my mental health & focus on bettering me. Then come home & eat lunch. Sometimes I meal prep but lately I’ve been ordering from a meal plan, so I don’t have to 🙂 My favorite meals are; salmon with rice or Turkey picadillo and protein pasta. If needed I edit and upload new content to my platforms and promote it on socials and through marketing campaigns. I analyze my platform analytics, track engagement etc.     My late afternoons are usually free so I’ll either read, play video games, go out with friends, or take my dog to the park.
